Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
*NO Vendors or Corp to Corp. Must be a U.S Citizen*
Must have: Experience working in a SaaS environment and supporting Mac and PCs.
Duties:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist with network setup, LAN connectivity, and firewall configurations.
- Manage desktop support services for end-users.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar platforms for ticketing and issue tracking.
- Perform computer management tasks such as updates, patches, and system maintenance.
- Assist in computer networking tasks including setup and maintenance.
Experience:
- Must live in the U.S. and be a U.S Citizen.
- 2+ years experience with Mac and PC technical support.
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Jamf
- Experience with remote and in-person support
- 1+ years experience working in a SaaS based environment with responsibility managing user/role based access to systems.
- 1+ years supporting VDI solutions (VMware, AWS).
- Experience with Zoom and Zoom Room support.
